The World of Bathroom Sink Faucets
Bathroom sinks and faucets come in a variety of styles. When shopping for faucets, most
companies pull you in with a style that is unique to their brand name. Some of these include but are not limited
to: Kohler, Moen, Delta, Danze, Grohe, Handsgrohe, Price Pfister, Blanco and American Standard. These are just to
name a few. Most of your home improvement and local stores will carry these brand names.

There are quite a few mounting styles you can choose from for your bathroom faucet as
well. Many places offer wide spread and mini spread mounts. This has to do with the distance between your faucet
handles and the faucet head. Along these same lines, there is what is called center set.
This is where the handles and faucet are comprised of a one peace component. The vessel
filler is the faucet that has one handle on top of the faucet itself. Your faucet can also be mounted into the wall
completely away from your sink basin for a different look. If you are a fan of the hands free faucets out in
public, you can now get faucets with motion sensors for your home.
Bathroom faucets can be created out of many different materials and colors. Some of the
more common ones include: black, blue, brass, gold, bronze, chrome, copper, ivory, tan, nickel, pewter and
stainless steel. These give you a wide variety of options to personalize your look.
Many people are looking for a certain style to fit their home. Many home improvement
centers have their faucets sectioned into style. It is very common to see style sections such as, Contemporary,
Modern, Rustic and Lodge, Traditional, Transitional and Victorian.

If you are a person who likes to conserve, you can modify your bathroom faucet to use less
water. Some models already come with this option. If they do not, you may ask upon buying what component would work
best with your specific model.
Bathroom faucets can vary in price by quite a large margin. Most run between $100-$800. This can of course be even
higher, but that tends to be the average.
As with any home improvement, your faucet should be looked at as an investment. It is
something that you will have for a long time, that will get a lot of use. There is a very big world out there when
it comes to bathroom faucets. There are a lot of styles, types, brands and price ranges to choose from.
